Treat this the way you'd treat a Total War faction pack, except it changes the ability tree rather than the roster, and it will not launch at all without Company of Heroes 2 installed. What you get is a bundle of German commander doctrines: the loadouts you slot before a skirmish or PvP match that determine which off-map abilities, call-in units and veterancy bonuses you can unlock mid-game. Worth picking up if you play Wehrmacht regularly and want more than the stock doctrines to build around. Easy skip if you stay in single-player.
