About Candy land
I fired up Candy Land expecting... well, not much, and that's what I got. It's a straightforward memory game: flip cards, find matching pairs, try to clear the board in fewer attempts. The mechanic works fine if you've never played a matching game before, but there's nothing here to distinguish it from the dozens of free alternatives on any app store. The candy theme is generic window dressing. If you're looking for a five-minute casual puzzle to zone out with, it does the job. But there's no progression, no difficulty scaling, no leaderboards or unlocks to chase. It's a one-and-done experience that runs out of novelty in about as long as it takes to win once. Worth it only if you specifically want the absolute cheapest way to kill time on your PC.
