It is an inline add-on for Ashes of the Singularity: Escalation and will not run without that base game installed. What it adds is extra single-player mission content sitting on the existing unit roster and meta-unit command layer, not new factions or systems, so treat the store listing as the authoritative item list for mission names and count. Worth it for completionists who cleared the base campaign and still want scripted scenarios to solve; if you only play skirmish or online PvP, skip it without guilt.
