The first hour of Escalation drowns you in meta-units, orbital abilities and army counts in the hundreds, and this pack does nothing to soften that landing, because it needs Ashes of the Singularity: Escalation installed to do anything at all. What it adds is a batch of extra maps for skirmish and multiplayer, the sprawling kind of terrain where turinium generator control and reinforcement routes matter more than your opening build order. The item list is not in the data I have, so the store listing is the place to confirm the exact map roster. Worth grabbing if you play regular PvP or co-op and the stock rotation has gone stale.
