Apex Legends: Octane Edition (DLC)
If Octane is your main and you want a legendary skin plus 1000 Apex Coins bundled at a discount versus buying separately, this pack does exactly what it says. Everyone else can probably skip it.
GamerScout Verdict
Worth it only for committed Octane mains who want a Legendary skin and a coin top-up in one transaction.

Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.

About Apex Legends: Octane Edition (DLC)
I'll be straight with you: this is a cosmetic DLC pack, not a game, and the question of whether it's worth buying lives or dies entirely on how much you like Octane as a legend. If you're already deep into Apex Legends and Octane is your go-to, the contents here are genuinely solid. You get a Legendary Octane skin, a Legendary Charge Rifle skin, a Gun Charm, a Badge, and 1000 Apex Coins. That coin count is meaningful, because it covers a meaningful chunk of a battle pass or a future store item without grinding. Octane himself is one of the most fun legends in the roster for players who like aggression and chaos. His Stim tactical burns 20 HP to crank up sprint speed by 40% for six seconds, letting you rush, flank, or escape situations that would trap a slower legend. His passive, Swift Mend, regenerates health passively when you're out of combat, which partially offsets the health cost of spamming Stim. His ultimate, the Launch Pad, is a deployable jump pad that the whole squad can use, letting everyone double-jump mid-air and reposition in ways that catch enemies completely off guard. He rewards players who like to play at high speed and close range, pairing well with shotguns like the EVA-8 or the R-99 SMG. If that aggressive, run-and-gun style appeals to you, you will have a great time with Octane regardless of which skin is on him, and the Legendary skin here just makes the aesthetic match the personality. The honest caveat is that the Charge Rifle is not a weapon most Octane players gravitate toward. Octane closes distance fast; the Charge Rifle is a slow-firing sniper-style beam weapon that suits a passive, long-range playstyle. The weapon skin is a nice bonus item, but it's not a selling point for the player archetype this legend attracts. The Gun Charm and Badge are flair, nothing more. A recurring complaint from buyers who purchased through third-party keys is that the 1000 Apex Coins sometimes fail to appear automatically and require launching the game through the EA App rather than Steam to trigger delivery. It's a fixable issue, but worth knowing going in so you're not left wondering where your coins went. For new players, the Octane Edition can serve as a decent entry pack if you've already decided Octane is the legend you want to build around. The skin alone communicates your main loudly in lobbies, and the coin top-up gives you flexibility. For veterans who already own Octane and have a skin they like, the value calculation is narrower. Apex Legends as a base game sits at Mixed reviews across a huge player sample, which reflects years of live-service friction more than the core gunplay, and none of that affects what this pack delivers.
