Alien: Isolation Trauma
Add-on / DLC for Alien: Isolation — view full gameA small add-on for Alien: Isolation owners chasing every last mode entry. Useless on its own, so skip it unless you already own the base game.
GamerScout Verdict
Only for Alien: Isolation owners who want more of the same tension. Everyone else needs the base game first.

Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Alien: Isolation Trauma
The hiss of a vent, a motion tracker blip that stops moving, and the decision to hold your breath in a locker rather than sprint for the door. That is the loop this pack plugs into, and it only plugs into it if you already own Alien: Isolation. Without the base game installed, this content does nothing at all. It is inline DLC from Creative Assembly and SEGA, single-player, with its own Steam achievements, full controller support and Steam Cloud saves. The game data here does not spell out the exact contents, so treat the store listing as the authoritative item list before you commit. What it is is a bolt-on chunk of survival horror content for people who finished the campaign and want more reasons to load it back up. Completionists and achievement hunters are the audience. Anyone who bounced off the alien's patience-testing AI the first time can skip it without missing anything.
