A lonely, relentless hunt through a space station where one mistake means death. Alien: Isolation strips away combat comfort and makes you prey.

About Alien: Isolation
I've played plenty of horror games, but few nail the asymmetry of Alien: Isolation quite like this. You're Amanda Ripley trapped aboard Sevastopol Station with a single xenomorph that hunts by sound, sight, and motion. No weapons that matter. No shortcuts. The alien learns your patterns, adapts to your hiding spots, and forces you to stay still in lockers while it breathes outside. It's exhausting in the best way - pure survival instinct dressed up in menus and motion trackers. The 1979 film aesthetic works overtime here. Flickering lights, industrial corridors, analog interfaces that feel tactile. Difficulty settings let you tune the alien's intelligence and the game's mercy, which matters because this can feel punishing. If you want a horror game that respects tension over jump-scares and asks you to think before every footstep, this is it. Fair warning: it's a slow burn, and not everyone has patience for stealth when sprinting would be faster.
