For completionists who already chewed through the original roster and want more names in the rotation, this is a reasonable pickup. Everyone else can walk away, because it needs 88 Heroes installed to do anything at all. The arithmetic in the title is the whole pitch: the base game's 88 playable characters become 98, each one still dropped into that same frantic 88-second scramble with whatever strange ability it happens to carry.
