About Yin Yang Space
I loaded Yin Yang Space expecting either a relaxing garden-building sim or a proper FPS. What I got was an awkward hybrid that commits fully to neither. The core loop has you designing garden spaces in an admittedly intuitive builder, then deploying robots to inhabit them. Mechanically sound on paper, but the FPS combat and robot AI feel obligatory rather than integrated. There's no meaningful progression system, no challenge tuning, and the novelty of "build-then-play" wears thin within an hour. At sub-5 dollar pricing this is impulse-buy territory, but only if you're specifically hunting for bizarre indie experiments. If you want actual sandbox FPS depth, look elsewhere.
