GamerScout Verdict
A decent time-killer for arcade minimalists, but don't expect depth or lasting appeal.

About What The Fork
I spent an hour with What The Fork expecting a throwaway casual game, and honestly, that's what it is. You move a fork left and right to catch dropping food items before they hit the bottom. It's Breakout meets Katamari in the laziest sense: tap arrows, watch things fall, repeat. No story, no progression systems, no unlocks. Just you and gravity. There's a zen quality to the simplicity if you're into high-score chasing or just want something to zone out with while podcasting. The pixel art is clean, the controls are responsive. But there's also nothing here to grab onto if you want actual depth or challenge scaling. It's a one-joke arcade premise that never evolves. Fine for five minutes, forgettable after that.
