Webbed is a 2D action-adventure made entirely by one developer, Sbug Games, and it shows in the best possible way. You play as a tiny jumping spider whose boyfriend has been kidnapped by a bowerbird, and the whole game is basically your cheerful, determined sprint to get him back. The movement is the star: web-swinging feels genuinely physical, with momentum you can build and redirect, and the moment it clicks you will start hunting for longer arcs just to feel it again. There is no bloat here. Every mechanic introduced gets used well, and nothing overstays its welcome. The world is split into small ecosystems, each with their own residents, side quests, and visual texture. You help a bee colony, befriend a dragonfly, navigate a swamp full of surprisingly expressive creatures.
