That is Weather Lord, and this Royal Holidays pack is an add-on that requires Weather Lord installed to run. On its own it does nothing. What you get is a Collector's Edition bundle of extra time-management levels built on the same resource-and-weather-control system, plus the usual CE extras (bonus content and unlockables). The data here does not enumerate every item, so check the store listing for the exact level and extra count before committing. This is for people who finished the base campaign, liked optimizing route order and spell timing, and want more of the same board to solve. If you bounced off the timers the first time, nothing in a level pack changes that math. Skip it.
