My best operative was a retired beekeeper who could stun a room with a drone swarm, and I lost her permanently in a Camden car park because I mistimed a jump onto a cargo drone. That is the pitch for this open-world London: anyone you see on the street can be recruited, profiled, and lost, and the missions bend around whichever oddball you brought. Hack a camera, ride a spiderbot through a vent, tase a guard, extract the data, leave. The stealth-hacking loop is still satisfying, and the city itself is a gorgeous, drizzly piece of environment work. The cost is a story with no protagonist. Because every line has to work in any mouth, the writing flattens into competent filler, and the villains land soft. Recruit variety is real but thin after ten hours; most builds funnel into the same silent takedown. Come for the systems toy and the city, not the plot.
