Wargame: Red Dragon - Nation Pack: South Africa (DLC)
Add-on / DLC for Wargame: Red Dragon — view full gameA free-ish roster injection for Wargame: Red Dragon that hands you South Africa's Ratel and Rooikat line. Useless on its own, essential if you deck-build.
GamerScout Verdict
Only for Red Dragon regulars who build their own decks; campaign-only players and casuals can pass.

Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Wargame: Red Dragon - Nation Pack: South Africa (DLC)
Think of the way Paradox drops a single-nation flavour pack into a grand-strategy game: a narrow slice of new toys bolted onto a system you already own. This is that, except it needs Wargame: Red Dragon installed to do anything at all. As a Nation Pack it adds South Africa as a playable deck faction, which in Eugen's system means a full unit tree of its own: wheeled armour, infantry, air and support slotted into the standard deck-building rules rather than a separate campaign. The store listing carries the exact unit manifest, and it is worth reading before you commit, because the value here lives entirely in the specific vehicles. Who it is for is easy to answer. If you play skirmish and multiplayer regularly and you enjoy the puzzle of squeezing an off-meta wheeled-armour deck under the activation-point cap, a new national roster is genuinely fresh decision space. If you mostly run the campaigns or you already have three decks you never deviate from, skip it without guilt. Nothing here changes the base rules, the AI, or the tutorial. It widens the menu, not the game.
