Vox Populi: Australia 2025

I went in expecting a janky spreadsheet sim and got exactly that, which is kind of the point. Vox Populi drops you into the role of PM or opposition leader, managing party unity, policy positions, and voter sentiment across regions. You're reading poll numbers, balancing faction demands, and deciding which promises to keep or break. It's closer to Democracy 3 than Tropico, slow-burn stat management rather than action or spectacle. This is niche territory. If you've ever wanted to see what happens when you tank the healthcare budget for tax cuts, or watch your approval ratings crater over immigration policy, it scratches that itch. But it's got the UI polish of a 2005 flash game and zero hand-holding. Worth a look if you live in Australia or just like political sims that treat you like you can read a spreadsheet without tutorials. Everyone else should wait for reviews from actual players first.
