Urban meat-grinder scenarios are the strongest thing in this pack, and none of them load unless you own Valor & Victory. It is an add-on for that hex-and-counter squad tactics engine, so the base game is a hard requirement, not a suggestion. What you get is a Stalingrad-themed scenario set running on rules you already know, playable solo against the AI or head to head, with hotseat and online PvP both supported. The store listing carries the exact scenario roster. City fighting changes the math. Sightlines collapse, long-range fire loses value, and close assault becomes the move you plan your activations around. If you have already put hours into the base game and want tighter, nastier maps, this is an easy addition to the pile. Everyone else should start with the core game.
