Valley
A first-person exploration game that is really a movement game in disguise: the exosuit sprint is the reason to play, and it mostly carries the short runtime.
GamerScout Verdict
Worth an evening or two if you want a first-person exploration game where the running feels better than the story around it.
Compare Prices(3 stores)
Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Valley
Firewatch dropped you into the American wilderness with a radio and a slow walk. Valley hands you a powered suit and tells you to run. The exosuit turns first-person exploration into something closer to a movement toy: you sprint faster than most vehicles, bound over treetops, and pull life out of the plants and creatures around you or push it back in, which doubles as the death system. Fail too often and the valley itself visibly withers. The story is familiar abandoned-research-site material delivered through scattered notes and recordings, and the moments where it asks you to fight are the weakest thing in the box. It is short, and the level design sometimes forgets how fast it let you become. Play it for the traversal. If tearing through pine forest at absurd speed sounds like enough of a hook for an evening or two, it is.
