Untitled Crossing Record
A Chinese indie strategy-sim where you're a novelist trapped in your own novel, building a guild and uncovering reality-bending conspiracies through team management and exploration.
GamerScout Verdict
A narrative-driven strategy sim for players willing to navigate a smaller community and embrace the unknown in exchange for a twisted isekai premise.

Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Untitled Crossing Record
I don't see many Western reviews for Untitled Crossing Record, which is a shame because the premise hooks hard: you're isekai'd into your own fictional world and need to assemble a guild, recruit party members, and manage their growth while piecing together why your story's reality is unravelling. The team-building loop sits at the heart of it all - think Fire Emblem-lite progression meets narrative mystery. As a strategy player, what matters here is whether the build variety and squad composition decisions actually matter, and the Chinese indie scene suggests they do. The main caveat is isolation: without a thriving English-language community or Steam review baseline, you're going in largely blind. Workshop support exists, but adoption looks thin. If you're fluent in or willing to tackle the original Chinese, or you're comfortable with a slower-burn indie title where you're partly reverse-engineering the metagame yourself, the core loop of recruiting companions and uncovering an isekai-within-isekai twist has real appeal. Just expect zero hand-holding and minimal post-launch chatter to lean on.
