Unsettled
A short first-person walk through northern mountain wilderness that fumbles its own pacing, beautiful enough to finish, but uncertain what story it's trying to tell.
GamerScout Verdict
Visually striking but narratively adrift, best for players who find meaning in solitary mountain walks over plot clarity.
Compare Prices(5 stores)
Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Unsettled
I spent the hour Unsettled demands of you walking through Scandinavian-looking peaks and valleys in first-person, and the scenery genuinely is striking. Field of View CE has built something visually cohesive with a soundtrack that knows how to sit quietly and let the landscape breathe. The problem is that quiet sometimes tips into aimlessness. There's a narrative thread about unsettlement and belonging buried in here, but the game treats it like background music to the hiking itself. It's not a bad experience for what it costs you in time, and the auto-admitted tags suggest the developer knew exactly what they were making. But mixed reviews tell you something true: some players finish it moved, others finish it confused about whether anything actually happened. If you're someone who finds meaning in walking meditation and Scandinavian drone, you'll get there. If you need narrative signposts or mechanical stakes, the mountains won't provide them.
