About Unbox
Unbox puts you in the cardboard shoes of Newbie, a sentient package trying to save the Global Postage Service from collapse by solving delivery puzzles across hand-crafted levels. It's a physics-based platformer wrapped in a delivery-service comedy premise that never takes itself seriously. The core loop is straightforward: navigate environments, collect mailboxes, and figure out how to reach each goal using your box's weight and momentum. It's not trying to be challenging or deep - it's trying to be fun and goofy, and on that front it mostly succeeds. The appeal here is pure relaxation. There's no timer pressure, no permadeath, no skill ceiling to sweat over. If you're coming from competitive shooters or roguelikes, this will feel deliberately low-stakes, which is either exactly what you want or completely wrong for your mood. The puzzle design is clever enough to keep you engaged for a few hours, but don't expect Baba is You levels of brain-bending. It's the kind of game you play while listening to a podcast, not while hunting for 100% completion.
