Two Point Hospital: A Stitch in Time
The only Two Point Hospital expansion where the gimmick rewrites your floor plans instead of just recoloring them. Time portals turn hallway math into an actual puzzle.
GamerScout Verdict
Worth it for veterans who optimize hallway math. Newcomers should clear the base campaign before touching a portal.
Compare Prices(4 stores)
Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Two Point Hospital: A Stitch in Time
Time portals are the best structural idea Two Point Studios ever shipped, and this is the campaign that proves it. Placing a portal means treating two rooms in different eras as one adjacent pair, which breaks the usual build order where you ring reception with GP offices and fan diagnostics outward. Suddenly the shortest path between a patient and a treatment room runs through a doorway in another century, and staff pathing becomes something you plan rather than something you patch. Three hospitals, a Mostly Positive reception at roughly three quarters approval, and the split is predictable: people who wanted more of the same found it thin, people who wanted the layout math to change got exactly that. The caveat is scope. This is a campaign add-on, not a systems overhaul, so staff training, marketing, and the illness roster behave the way they always have, and the comedy leans on the same puns. Late-game logistics are where it earns its keep, once queue lengths force you to redesign around portal throughput instead of just adding a second toilet block. Newcomers should finish the base campaign first. Veterans with a Workshop habit and a taste for optimization will get more out of these three levels than out of any other pack in the set.
