Transiruby
A tight 6-hour metroidvania where the map design does all the heavy lifting and the combat just tags along. Explorers win; action junkies will bounce.
GamerScout Verdict
Worth it for map-obsessed explorers who want a short, breezy metroidvania and can forgive shallow combat.
Compare Prices(5 stores)
Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Transiruby
The first hour of Transiruby is its weakest pitch. Combat is a floaty little sword swipe and a dash, enemies mostly stand around waiting to be poked, and you can be forgiven for thinking you have wandered into a budget pixel-art shrug. Push past it. Once Siruby starts collecting movement abilities and the map opens up, the game reveals what it actually cares about: hiding things. The sci-fi ruins are stuffed with hidden rooms, gated wall segments, and shortcuts that turn what looked like a 20-minute backtrack into a 30-second one, and the ability gating is unusually generous about telling you where to go next without holding your hand. What it does not do is escalate. Bosses stay simple, the combat you disliked in hour one is largely the combat you finish with, and the run is over in an afternoon. That brevity is a feature if you have bounced off sprawling metroidvanias, and a genuine letdown if you wanted the genre's usual difficulty curve. Play it for the secret hunting and the clean traversal, not the fights.
