That is the Train Valley 2 headspace, and Ruby is one of the Workshop Gems add-ons that feeds it: a curated bundle of community-built puzzle maps bolted onto the base game. It is not a standalone product and not a currency top-up. Without Train Valley 2 installed, it does nothing at all. Value here is simple math: a handful of extra layouts for a route-planning game you already like, aimed at players who finished the campaign and want tighter constraints. PC only, so check your regional listing before you buy. One honest warning: the unlock binds to the account that redeems it. It will not travel to another storefront or a friend's library, and an unspent key is dead money. Point it at the account that already owns the base game.
