If you have already cleared the campaign and want fresh puzzle constraints designed by people who over-optimised this game harder than its developers did, that is the entire pitch. Two practical notes. This is PC content tied to the account that buys it, and it requires Train Valley 2 installed, so it does not travel to another storefront or profile and is worthless standalone. Check your own region's store page, since DLC availability is not uniform. If the base campaign's timing pressure already lost you, more hand-built levels will not fix that.
