That failure is the whole appeal here, and it only exists if you already own Train Valley 2, since this add-on is a level pack that runs inside the base game. Editor's Bulletin bundles community maps built with the game's own editor, curated rather than dumped, so you get fresh routing puzzles without digging through the Workshop yourself. The store listing carries the exact level count. It brings Steam achievements along too, if that matters to your completion list. Worth grabbing if you finished the campaign and want more track-laying under pressure, easy to skip if you never opened the editor tab.
