Toy Odyssey: The Lost and Found
A hand-drawn haunted-house Metroidvania that hides its best rooms behind hours of resource farming. Beautiful, patient, and often exhausting.
GamerScout Verdict
Worth it for atmosphere hunters with patience for crafting loops, not for players who want a tightly authored Metroidvania map.

Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.

About Toy Odyssey: The Lost and Found
Everything in Toy Odyssey runs through the crafting bench. You are a toy soldier reclaiming a house room by room, and almost every meaningful upgrade (better nails, stronger hooks, the traversal tools that open sealed corridors) has to be built from materials you scavenge in procedurally shuffled runs. That single loop reshapes how you play: exploration stops being about curiosity and becomes a supply route, and the map opens on the crafting bench's schedule rather than yours. When the grind loosens its grip, the house is genuinely lovely. The hand-drawn art gives the bedrooms and attics a storybook menace, the nighttime sections carry real dread, and the boss fights are readable and mean in the right way. But procedural generation flattens the layouts a Metroidvania needs to feel authored, and combat gets repetitive well before the endgame. Come for the atmosphere and the craft. Stay only if farming is a texture you enjoy rather than a toll you resent.
