This is an inline DLC, so it does nothing on its own. Reality matches the pitch on the decorative side: pet-themed furnishings and animal companions to place in apartments, with tenants who come with pets attached. Where it falls short of expectations is systems depth. Do not go in hoping for a pet-care loop with its own upkeep numbers or a new revenue stream to model. The exact item list lives on the store listing, and I would check it before committing, because the value here is entirely aesthetic. If you enjoy the decorating half of the sim and want more furnishing variety to work with, it earns its slot.
