The Sundew

I spent a few hours as Anna Isobe, a cyborg cop sidelined by progress, digging through a dark-future conspiracy via classic point-and-click inventory puzzles and dialogue trees. The writing carries the weight here: your choices actually branch the plot instead of circling back to a preset ending, and the world-building scratches that cyberpunk detective itch if you're patient with slower pacing. The pixel art is functional rather than striking, and the puzzles won't stump you long, but that's fine because the story is what keeps you clicking. The Sundew works best if you're after a compact narrative game with teeth, no bloat, no combat, just choices that matter. It's not going to blow your mind with production values, but it's honest work from a small studio. If you liked the detective beats in Blade Runner 2049 or older Sierra adventure games, this lands in that ballpark.
