It introduces Fairy Sims as a playable life state with an ability tree, the Harmonious and Discordant Fairy paths via the Fairy Stories Aspiration, and the Natural Living Skill that lets Sims meet all needs outdoors without beds or plumbing. The Apothecary Table and Apothecary Skill feed into a Naturopath career with 10 levels, and there are 8 distinct Ailments with corresponding cures plus 14 additional elixir recipes. The new world of Innisgreen is split across three neighborhoods, Coast of Adhmor, Sprucederry Grove, and the Everdew forest, inspired by Celtic and Irish countryside aesthetics.
