A pack of lanes, retro shirts and a single new social activity. Fine if your Sims need a hangout, thin if you wanted a system.

Compare this to Bowling Alley from The Sims 3's Town Life pack and the difference lands immediately: Bowling Night is not a lot pack, it is a build-and-buy kit with one animated activity attached. You get the lane objects (placeable in any residential or community lot), a set of neon and wood-panel arcade decor, a jukebox, and outfits that lean hard into league-night kitsch. The bowling itself resolves as a queued social activity rather than a skill with a real progression curve, so there is no build to optimise, no stat to grind, no reason to plan a Sim's week around lane time. That is the ceiling here. What it does well is furnish a space. If you run a heavily modded save and you are constantly short on decent community-lot props, the lane and decor set is genuinely usable, and the Mostly Positive Steam standing (73% of a small sample) tracks with that: people who wanted furniture are happy, people who wanted a system are not. Buy it as a decor pack that happens to bowl, not as a gameplay expansion, and set expectations accordingly. Diego, Scout Team

Worth it only if you build community lots and want lane props; skip if you expected a new gameplay system.

Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.

Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.

We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.
