About The Isle Tide Hotel
I've played enough FMV games to know when the branching actually matters. The Isle Tide Hotel puts you in an investigator's shoes, interrogating guests and hunting clues through a hotel dripping with cult atmosphere. The cast (recognizable faces from prestige TV) grounds the melodrama, and the dialogue trees aren't just flavor - wrong accusations or missed evidence block off entire endings. It's short, maybe 3-4 hours per playthrough, which makes replay incentive real. The trade-off: this is dialogue-heavy and deliberately slow. If you want action or puzzle-solving puzzles, look elsewhere. If you're after a narrative mystery where your detective work actually shapes the outcome, where you can fail to save your daughter, where watching a scene twice reveals new context - this delivers. Think interactive whodunit, not game.
