The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing Anthology
A budget-friendly action RPG trilogy that scratches the Diablo itch without demanding $60, though the UI and pacing feel stuck in 2013.
GamerScout Verdict
Best for co-op farming fans who tolerate dated design in exchange for three campaigns and a low price tag.

About The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing Anthology
Van Helsing Anthology bundles three hack-and-slash campaigns into one package, each running 15-20 hours if you're patient. You pick a class, equip gear, and grind through hordes of enemies in a Gothic-Victorian monster-hunter fantasy. The games lean hard on co-op (up to 4 players), which genuinely improves the muddy pacing. Combat is serviceable, lots of ability spam, satisfying loot drops, but the skill trees are shallow and boss design rarely surprises. The real appeal is value. For the price, you get three full campaigns instead of one, and Deathtrap (the tower-defense spin-off) adds weird variety if you're desperate for something different. That said, the UI is clunky, cutscenes are dated, and solo play drags without the multiplayer momentum. If you loved the original Diablo games and have friends to farm with, this anthology is a solid weekend timesink. Playing alone? Better options exist.
