Tenant demands resolve into a short checklist, and once you know which fixtures satisfy which type, the money curve flattens into repetition rather than pressure. There is no meaningful failure state to plan around, no staffing or supply chain to optimise, and no mods to extend it. Treat it as a six-to-ten hour cosy renovation game with a decent joke writer, not a management sim, and it holds up fine.
