Stonerid
For platformer masochists who want a dimension-flip twist: sharp level design buried under rough presentation and checkpoints that test your patience more than your thumbs.
GamerScout Verdict
Worth it if you collect precision platformers and can forgive rough edges for one genuinely clever dimension-swap hook.
Compare Prices(3 stores)
Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Stonerid
This one is for people who already own Super Meat Boy and want another precision platformer to grind, and it is absolutely not for anyone who needs polish to stay engaged. That distinction matters, because Stonerid's core idea deserves better packaging than it got. You swap between two overlapping versions of the same level, and the trap gauntlets are built so a wall in one dimension is your only floor in the other. When it clicks, the flip becomes a rhythm rather than a button, and a few of the later stages are genuinely well-composed little puzzles about timing your existence in two places at once. What drags is everything around that idea. The art is serviceable but flat, the animation lacks the snap this genre lives on, and too many deaths come from reading the screen wrong rather than executing wrong. Trial and error is the design here, not a side effect. Six years of similar indies have done the same thing with more grace. Still, a tiny team shipped a real mechanic and stuck the landing on length, and that counts for something.
