Starship Corporation: Cruise Ships
A cruise-liner expansion that turns Starship Corporation into a pure packing puzzle. Brilliant if deck layouts are your idea of fun, punishing if they aren't.
GamerScout Verdict
For deck-plan optimisers who want a pure packing puzzle. Everyone else will bounce off the tutorial inside an hour.
Compare Prices(2 stores)
Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Starship Corporation: Cruise Ships
Think of the deck-building layer in Rimworld or Prison Architect, then strip away the people, the emergent stories, and the failure states you can talk your way out of. What's left is this: nine cruise hulls, a lifeboat quota you cannot fudge, and corridors that either connect or don't. Coronado Games narrowed Starship Corporation down to its most demanding subsystem and shipped it as a standalone in 2018, and the narrowing is the whole point. You are solving a constrained blueprint problem with economic pressure attached, not running a space empire. When it clicks, it clicks hard. Routing passenger flow around engineering blocks, balancing revenue-generating amenity space against the regulatory floor of safety systems, then watching a layout finally validate is a genuinely good optimisation loop. The problems are real: the tutorial hands you the tools without teaching the reasoning behind good deck order, the AI-driven simulation feedback is thin enough that you learn by failing rather than by reading, and there's no mod scene to patch the gaps. The 33% positive rating across a tiny review count says less about quality than about audience mismatch. Buy it knowing exactly which puzzle you're signing up for.
