Spark Rising

Spark Rising is a smaller indie action-strategy game that leans hard into real-time decision-making and character builds. Combat feels snappy, and there's genuine depth in how you stack abilities and stats to create synergies that actually matter. The art is functional, the pacing moves fast, and if you click with the build system, you'll find hours of experimentation worth your time. The catch: this is a tiny release without the polish or content volume of bigger titles. Expect some jank, limited replayability compared to roguelikes with procedural generation, and a thin tutorial. It's clearly made by developers who care about the core loop but lacked the resources for everything else. If you're the type who gets excited reading patch notes and optimizing damage multipliers, Spark Rising has something. If you need production value and breadth, look elsewhere.
