This is an inline add-on: it requires the base game, Solasta: Crown of the Magister, to run and won't launch as a standalone experience. What it adds is a self-contained ice-palace excursion, an extra mission thread layered onto your existing campaign rather than a new class or ruleset. Don't expect new subclasses or a rules overhaul here; it's a scenery and encounter drop, built around the tactical positioning and elevation tricks Solasta already does well, now with icy terrain hazards to punish sloppy formations. Completionists who already cleared the main campaign and want one more tactical puzzle box are the target audience; anyone still working through the base story, or hoping for meaningful build variety, can safely skip it until later.
