Sludgineers
An active incremental about hoovering up pollution and funnelling the profit back into refinery upgrades. Great podcast game, thin if you want decisions with teeth.
GamerScout Verdict
Best for players who want a relaxed cleanup-and-upgrade loop, not for anyone needing an economy to outthink.
Compare Prices(1 stores)
Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Sludgineers
This is for players who want a tidy upgrade curve to chew on during a podcast, not for anyone hunting the decision trees I usually chart. Sludgineers is an active incremental: drive the countryside vacuuming pollution, haul it to your refinery, process the sludge into sellable material, then pour the cash into equipment that unlocks the next area and quest tier. What works is the pacing. Every run funds a concrete upgrade, capacity or speed or refinery throughput, and the quest list keeps goals legible instead of burying you in prestige math. What disappoints is the ceiling. There is no opponent, no economy to outsmart, and once throughput outruns the map the loop flattens into maintenance. The strong review score comes from a small crowd that wanted exactly this. Treat it as a palate cleanser between campaigns.
