A hybrid puzzle-tycoon where you optimize shop placement and pricing to meet quarterly profit targets before the board loses patience.
GamerScout Verdict
Best for puzzle fans who want a low-stakes economics fix; skip if you need strategic depth or replayability.
Compare Prices(9 stores)
Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Rip Them Off
I'll be upfront: Rip Them Off is a small indie title that combines light tower-defense grid logic with economic management. You're tasked with placing retail shops on a board, then adjusting store types and prices to hit profit quotas. The hook is watching profit margins collide with customer foot traffic, place a boutique next to a dollar store and margins tank, but isolation kills volume. It's shallow compared to proper business sims, but the puzzle rhythm keeps you engaged across maybe 8-12 hours of increasingly punchy challenges. The tutorial respects your time, and controller support is solid. Performance is rock-solid on any machine. What it lacks is depth: there's no emergent gameplay, no modding, and no reason to revisit after you've cleared the ladder. Casual players and puzzle fans will find a few evenings of entertainment here. If you need systemic complexity or long-term investment, look elsewhere.
