It is an add-on, not a standalone sim, so expect the same signal-block and supply-chain rules on new terrain, with campaign scenarios set in the 19th century. The exact locomotive and scenario list is on the store page. For players who have already solved the base maps into boredom and want fresh junction geometry to chew on, it earns its slot. Everyone else can skip it without missing a single mechanic.
