Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Project Hospital - Department of Infectious Diseases (DLC)
The first patient with a contagious diagnosis walked past my reception desk, and within two in-game days half the ward was flagged. That is the pressure this add-on introduces, and it does nothing on its own: you need Project Hospital installed to load it at all. What it adds is a new infectious diseases department with its own isolation-room requirements, protective equipment, and a set of contagious conditions that spread through your existing corridors if you route patients lazily. Mechanically it is a constraint layer, not new content volume. Your build order has to account for containment early rather than retrofitting isolation wards at hour 40, which is genuinely the most interesting scheduling problem the base game has. Completionists and anyone who has already optimised their diagnostic throughput will get real value. If you are still learning the core department loop, skip it for now and check the store listing for the exact room and condition breakdown.
