Precipice
A Cold War diplomacy sim where every alliance and covert op has teeth, expect tense 1v1 standoffs, not board game turns.
GamerScout Verdict
For strategy purists who prefer paranoia over production values, a sharp Cold War duel with no frills.

About Precipice
Precipice nails the paranoia of atomic-age brinkmanship. You're managing allies, destabilizing hostile regimes, and gambling that your opponent won't call your bluff before someone launches. It's chess played with proxy wars and backroom deals, where a single miscalculation can spiral into mutual annihilation. The core loop, weighing risk against long-term position, works, and the 1v1 focus keeps pressure high. The rough edges are real: the UI feels like it was designed for a spreadsheet, and solo players get nothing. If you want asymmetric Cold War tension without the bells and whistles of larger 4X games, Precipice delivers exactly that. Everyone else should probably look elsewhere.
