One hit kills you. That single rule rewires everything about how you move through Pih 2, because a comedy FPS where you die instantly stops being about spraying bullets and starts being about reading a room before you step into it. You peek, you memorize enemy pih placements, you fail, and you laugh at the stupidity of whatever just ended you. BecomeANobody understands that the joke only lands if the punishment is fair, and mostly it is. Deaths are instant, restarts are instant, and the loop tightens into something almost meditative. The escalation is where it shines. Encounters get sillier without getting sloppier, and the boss fights commit to their absurdity instead of hedging. It is singleplayer, controller-friendly, and short by design, which I count as a virtue. What it is not is forgiving to anyone who wants cover shooting or a difficulty slider. If precision-under-panic frustrates you, this will grind you down before the second act. Everyone else gets a tight, unpretentious little thing made by someone clearly having fun.
