Pacific Storm Pack (PC)
A 2009 WW2 strategy sim that trades flashy graphics for deep tactical operations across the Pacific theater, solid if you're willing to tolerate clunky UI.
GamerScout Verdict
For WW2 strategy fans craving operational depth over modern convenience, a flawed gem buried in 2009.

Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Pacific Storm Pack (PC)
I went in expecting a bloated relic, but Pacific Storm Pack actually delivers on its premise: you're managing air and naval campaigns across historical Pacific battles with real strategic weight. Turn-based mission planning, unit composition that matters, and a campaign structure that mirrors actual WW2 progression. The UI is dated and some mechanics feel opaque without a manual, but the core gameplay, deciding whether to bomb shipping lanes or escort fighters, still works. This is niche stuff. Modern strategy sims have left it behind in polish and accessibility. But if you've played through the XCOM remakes and Command & Conquer rereleases and want something with genuine operational depth, Pacific Storm won't embarrass you. Just set aside time to learn it.
