About Outlast + Whistleblower DLC
Where Resident Evil's side episodes usually stand on their own, Whistleblower is bolted directly onto Outlast: you need the base game installed or this does nothing at all. It's a separate single-player campaign from Red Barrels set in the same facility, running the same no-weapons, camcorder-and-batteries loop, with its own achievements, captions, and full controller support. Same green night-vision haze, same battery anxiety, same sound design doing most of the heavy lifting. The data here doesn't break out a per-item list, so the store listing is where you'll find the exact contents. For completionists who finished Outlast and want the other half of the story; if the hide-in-a-locker rhythm already wore you down, skip it.
