Everyone else can walk away, because this pack needs Organs Please installed to do anything at all. What you get is the name taken literally: the game's original soundtrack plus a digital artbook of concept work and character design from TECHHOME, released alongside the base sim in April 2023. There are no new organs, clients, missions, or management systems, so your save behaves exactly the same before and after. The store listing carries the exact track and page counts, which my data does not break down. It earns its place only if the music stuck with you after the credits.
