Dungeon Defenders sold its extra maps as fresh campaigns; Lost Adventures is smaller and blunter, and it will not launch at all without Orcs Must Die! installed. This is a level pack bolted onto the base campaign, more rooms to funnel goblins through with the trap loadout you already own. If you have already optimised your barricade lanes and want more floors to test them on, it is an easy add. Everyone else, especially anyone still working through the main campaign, can skip it without losing anything. Achievements and leaderboard scores work the same either way.
