GamerScout Verdict
Quick arcade fun for players who want pure shooting without pretense, but don't expect much beyond a few high-score runs.

About One Gun: Cat
I picked up One Gun: Cat expecting cutesy indie fluff, but it's a lean arcade experience that knows exactly what it is. You man a gun turret, mow down enemies in waves, and rack up a high score. The cat is just window dressing, but the shooting loop is snappy enough to keep you chasing one more run. No story, no bloat, just the core mechanic. The problem: it's thin. Wave-based gameplay wears thin fast without progression hooks or meaningful unlocks to chase. If you want five minutes of brainless blasting, it delivers. If you're looking for depth or staying power, you'll burn through this one and move on.
