You're playing a flawed protagonist pushing through St Mary's, a shuttered hospital-turned-school with a genuinely unsettling history. The game leans hard on atmosphere and environmental storytelling rather than combat or puzzles, which means your engagement hinges entirely on whether the premise hooks you. It's rough around the edges, 2015 indie production values show, and the narrative is sparse. But that restraint works in its favor. There's no bloat, no filler dialogue, just a father's desperate search set against creeping dread. If you want mainstream polish and mechanical depth, look elsewhere.
