Hour one is where most people bounce off. The V.O.I.D. levels drop you into alien terrain that assumes you already read every landing prompt in the base game, and if your grind-to-manual chaining is not automatic yet, you will eat pavement before anything clicks. Push through. The scoring loop here is the same one that makes OlliOlli World worth studying: every stretch of level is a line to be optimised, and the difference between a decent run and a great one is route knowledge, not reflexes. I like that this expansion pushes the ceiling rather than padding the runtime. The gear reads as flavour more than function, the biome is short, and if you were hoping for new systems you will not find them. What you get is harder tech, tighter tolerances, and a fresh set of spot challenges to grind leaderboard-style. Single-player only, controller advised. Best consumed after you have cleared the main campaign, not before.
